We do not have a refund on the classes which have been conducted already. However, if you are not satisfied or have any other issues, we can first try to resolve the problem by providing you an alternative teacher. If we are not able to resolve the problem; upon our discretion we can consider to refund 50% of the remaining amount. You need to inform us via email at [email protected], 48 hours in advance before your class.  Also, incase of the refund, it will take up to 3 weeks to process the same.

Once you signup for a course, you have to complete the registration process. The fee is due 100% in advance. We accept Paypal and online wire transfer to our bank.

Each class is conducted online and will be a minimum of 1 hour each. We also have
customized classes where the time can be increased.

Yes, classes are only conducted online on the Zoom platform.

Yes, at the time if sign up you can choose your preferred schedule.

If you are not able to attend a class on time, it will still be counted as a class. You can inform us 48 hours before in case of you want to reschedule your class at [email protected]

Once you sign up for a course, we decide the timings and days of your classes. Yes, the classes can be rescheduled as per the teacher’s availability in case of 1:1 private classes only. You need to inform us via email at [email protected] or the teacher’s email address, 48 hours in advance for us to be able to reschedule the classes for you.

Yes, if you have signed up for a 1:1 private class, you can pause the classes as per your convenience. You need to inform us 48 hours in advance for us to be able to pause the classes for you.
